Worst doesnt have sim stock instead sending to retailer for looting money. Retailer loots money and they may get the cut thats y they dont keep stock of sim in an Airtel Official store. also no power

Issue with First Recharge After Porting from Jio to Airtel for Mobile No. ********1155 Dear Airtel Customer Support, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I have encountered with my recent porting from Jio to Airtel. My mobile number is ********1155. After porting my number to Airtel, I made a payment of Rs. 350 for the first recharge as per the instructions given during the porting process. I was informed that the recharge would be applied once the SIM was activated. However, after activation, I have noticed that the first recharge has not been reflected, and I am unable to make calls, send messages, or use any other services. It seems that I need to recharge again to enable basic functionality. Could you kindly investigate why this has happened and take the necessary actions to resolve this issue at the earliest? So my phone's data was not working so I was suggested to change my sim stating that there was a problem with it. But after the sim change the issue did not get resolved. While speaking with the customer care over the phone I was informed that my data pack has expired and a simple recharge would solve the issue and the store has lied to me about a faulty sim card. . . I hope the customer agents in the stores are better trained and do not mislead their customers

Very bad experience today. Visited the store for number portability. The sale executive type the name wrongly and finally submitted the application with wrong name after all kyc verification. Due to which the connection is rejected. Tottaly waste of time. Irresponsible staff. They have not done anything for correction of their fault. Even dont say sorry to us.

I have replaced my SIM card in 26.01.2024. But after one day its still shows no service .I talked with a service representative and she told me that when replacement done then they did something wrong.But for their fault we are suffering.Because yesterday was friday day and they told me they need another 24 hours for activation. Bt if sim card not activate for tomorrow it will be sunday.Worst service😡😡😡😡😡
