Pathetic behavior by Airtel staff. 4 persons standing and arguing saying they can not help and asking me to go to any paan dukan (pan shop). If such be the case, airtel better permanently close the stores and save monthly expenses Terrible experience.

Worst airtel store in guwahati .Horrible experience with Airtel's customer service. They showed zero empathy to a hospital patient who needed urgent help. Kept calling her repeatedly and dodging home service with flaky excuses. Not recommended for anyone seeking decent support. 😕 #Airtel #BadService #Disappointed"

My experience with Airtel’s Panbazar branch near May Flower Hotel, Guwahati was extremely disappointing. I had done a recharge which failed – money was deducted but no plan activated. When I raised the complaint, Ms. Neha at the counter gave me false assurances. She said the matter would be resolved and even promised a refund or adjustment. But when I visited again after two days, she completely changed her stand. This time, with the support of her Manager, Ms. Chandrika, she told me nothing can be done because “rules don’t allow complaints after 3 days.” When I questioned this, both of them displayed very rude behaviour, showing zero empathy for the inconvenience I faced. Instead of being cooperative, they forced me to consider paying again for another plan. This Airtel team is unprofessional and arrogant. The price we pay for mobile services is not cheap, and yet the staff here treat customers like a burden. Airtel should investigate how its Guwahati branch is functioning because people like Neha and Chandrika are ruining its reputation. Sim card services, recharge complaints, or anything related to customer care – do not trust this branch.

The staff was good, even though in the internet it says that the shop opens from 9.30, but actually the shop opens from 10 a.m. My experience was very good, didn't had to wait, they were good enough to solve my queries easily and faster.

All cheating bunch of people at Airtel Guwahati branch near Don Bosco office, especially Ms. Neha and her Manager Ms. Chandrika. They are only paid to make customers pay more for mobile plans without giving proper service. I mistakenly recharged with ₹279 — Airtel accepted the money, but the plan never reflected on my account. When I approached the centre, Neha called her manager Chandrika, who promised to resolve it “tomorrow.” Two days later, when I went again, they arrogantly said they can’t help and I should pay again for a new plan. Even when I called the manager, Chandrika refused to speak to me directly, saying she will “only talk to her staff Neha.” This is nothing but harassment and cheating. A group of looters, living on wrongly paid bills, making customers repay again and again. They can take money but can’t refund or return it. Pathetic, unprofessional, and shameless service. I will be filing a complaint with TRAI and consumer forum against such practices. Airtel should be ashamed of employing such people.

The staff and the store are very nice but there is one staff member there, Miss Neha, her behavior is very bad, she does not have any idea how a customer should behave, but I found the store location and other staff very helpful, thanks.

SIM Card Issue: Encountered a "No Sim Card" problem and was advised to replace the SIM for INR 50. However, when requesting the store's contact number, I was informed that none exists, despite the store being operational for at least 6 months. Considering it's an Airtel store, the absence of a contact number raises concerns. In case of sim replacement issues, revisiting without a contact number is inconvenient. Additional concerns: - Non-functional AC. - Limited seating (2-3 people). - Closed on Sundays. - Staff lacks proper training in customer interactions. If you've faced similar issues, please show support.
