Airtel Store

I recently visited the store for an inquiry, but the response I received was not very welcoming or professional. I was simply asking for some help, yet the staff member seemed unwilling to assist and made an unpleasant expression. Therefore, I believe it would be better to visit another store.

This is one the worst centre in the entire universe. Please don't waste your valuable time visiting this office. The two employees are absolutely clueless in solving your problem. They will never respond you and are not serious about your problem. I visited the same centre of my iptv connection problem. Trust me , they wasted my entire week. Now m thinking of switching to jio fiber as these airtel office and customer care are the worst people to trust upon. Please don't waste your time.

Her behave not bad but also not good. She is not answering politely. I don't know why. I thought her mood off.

The executive guy was the rudest person ever tarnishing the Brand image straight away denies service with some absurd reasons after complaining to customer care than does the verification. WORST EXPERIENCE. He should be fired immediately.
