My iphone 16 pro was repaired quickly under warranty as the display was half white, and the service turnaround time was impressive. The team was efficient, transparent, and truly customer-focused. It’s rare to see such good behaviour combined with fast and reliable service. In my opinion, iDestiny is the best Apple service centre in Guwahati. Highly recommended to anyone looking for genuine, hassle-free Apple service with excellent customer care.

I experienced a black screen issue after a transaction and initially didn’t receive a money recovery. The receptionist was the only redeeming factor at this store—she was calm, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the technical team gave completely misleading information, insisting that I needed a full body replacement just to change the battery, quoting ₹44,000, and refusing to process my warranty. To prove how incorrect this was, another Apple Authorized Service Center replaced both the battery and the back glass free of cost within just 10 days.
