FEX Open Box Mobile Store Guwahati

Last year, I purchased a Google Pixel 6a from F Ex Store, but my overall experience has been very disappointing. I am not happy with their service and support. After purchasing the phone, the assistance and customer service were not satisfactory. There was a lack of proper guidance and support whenever I needed help. The response from the staff was not professional, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Overall, my experience with this store has been below expectations. I don't recommended this store for Future.

I am very happy and surprised by the good behaviour of the Owner Ashish. He has given me product demo made me understand difference between android and ios and finally took 16 Pro Max Got great deal and discount also I am impressed and delighted to Have come to FEx. Recommend

One of the worst mobile store I had seen in my life. They sell damage and defective products in the name of open box mobile. I had purchased iPhone 13 Pro even not using the mobile for 20 days after buying mobile display is dead and when I went for replacement they told me that they have to look upon the mobile and after one week they will tell whether they will replace it or not . After one week when I called them after four of waiting they said that I have to pay twenty two thousand for that problem . I said why I will pay even the mobile has not one month since I had purchased. My money gone in dustbin of buying mobile from FE-X . #worst mobile store# . #FE-X worst mobile store#.

They market their products very delicately. At first they will tell about open box products, they will show all discounted products and they will not mention the price of the sealed packs. They will give you only demo products. I went to buy samsung S24 ultra today. They were giving me the demo phone at a discounted price at Rs 72000 but when I told that why r u giving the demo product they told we will give u the box but not the sealed product as the sealed products will cost you Rs 81000. The demo product which they were giving me at a discounted price had scratch behind as if it was already used phone and they were telling anyhow u will put phone cover it will not be seen. I will never recommend such stores anymore to any of you.
