I had a very disappointing experience at iTech Chandmari Store in Guwahati. Initially, the staff told me that I could get a phone without purchasing AppleCare and just needed to make a booking. I agreed and went through the process, but when I was ready to confirm the booking, they completely changed their words and said just now my manager had a meeting and they discussed that AppleCare is mandatory.But then I check it with different store it wasn't true. This is very unprofessional and misleading. They should have been clear from the start. I wasted my time and lost trust in their service. Not recommended at all if you expect honesty and transparency.It’s shocking that a store would deny a customer the chance to purchase a phone just because they don’t want to buy AppleCare. It feels like they’re forcing customers into unnecessary add-ons instead of respecting our choice. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unethical. I expected better transparency and customer service from a store that represents Apple products.

Visited iTech apple store today for purchasing an iphone 17 but i was denied the purchase just because i did not buy anything else with it. If you want to sell your other items then try to convince the customers please do not force them to buy. Also you can say no in a good way too, you don't need to be rude with customers just because they did not buy anything else with the phone. You could have told me the same thing over phone that i need to purchase something else with the phone when i called your store yesterday. We are not beggars we came to buy an iphone but you were more interested to sell your screen guard rather then actually selling the phone.

I made a purchase of iPhone 16 Pro and I can’t believe this but the experience was really good. The Executives from the Store helped me at their best to make my purchase successful. Encountered a lot of issues while purchasing but they dealt with it cautiously and handled it accordingly. Kudos to the iTech Team of Guwahati for giving me the best experience. Kudos! ✨
