The way they talk to customers is completely unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Remember, you’re able to sell only because customers walk into your shop. Without them, you’re nothing but another shutter down the street. No one’s asking for special treatment, just basic respect. Learn how to talk to people properly. You were also a nobody once — don’t treat others like they don’t matter. If this is how you treat customers, you don’t deserve the business you’re getting. Learn some basic decency from others how to run business.

The person who handle the phone no. given here is very unmanned. He need to learn how to talk and behave with a customer. I never visit the store ever, but after doing an telephonic enquiry, I am totally disappointed. The gentleman who talked to me try to give me the lesson and also try to insult me by his words. Existence of such person/owner (!) in any shop in our city is very pathetic for the customers.
