They take the time to explain everything clearly and never rush appointments. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Very good owner and staff. Almost all the essential foodstuffs for your pet are available here. Their advice is also precious and genuine towards your pets. I liked their concerns about customers who are in some trouble to reach them in the normal hours. They are really helpful a lot. Good shop.

Such a wonderful experience at this pet shop. We are very new to pet parenting and the owner of the shop is really very welcoming and helpful to us. She is truely a animal lover. She cares for animal more than anything and gives us the knowledge that we need for our baby to lead a happy and healthy life. One must visit this store and get the experience of it.

I am really happy with there response. Yesterday I asked for a product which they didn't have at that moment but the owner said she can arrange it from somewhere and she did arranged it for me in 24hrs. I am really thankful that I called them, they are the savior.🙏
