On of the worst experience ever. Bought brand new laptop and found defective in camera within that day no helps/ no replacement found from the staff. As per my knowledge they sell demo laptops. Wating for 4hours and resolving found

Very bad shop if minus rating is available i gave them negative rating worst Shop ever completely unprofessional and dishonest I purchased an ASUS laptop from this shop and within just ONE DAY, the screen started blinking. When I reported the issue, the staff flatly denied responsibility and showed zero interest in solving the problem. I handed over my laptop after they promised it would be fixed “by tomorrow.” That tomorrow never came. I was made to wait 4–5 days, visiting and calling every single day, and each time they lied with the same excuse: “Come tomorrow.” Despite regular complaints, they did NOTHING: ❌ Problem not solved ❌ Laptop not returned on time ❌ No proper explanation ❌ Extremely rude and careless staff This shop has no ethics, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. Once they take your money, they treat you like garbage. Their behavior is pathetic and irresponsible. ⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT buy anything from this shop unless you want stress, wasted time, and mental harassment. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced

They SCAM. Got my ROG Strix G15 repaired here, changed my 144hz to a 120hz Panda (used in Dell, way cheaper) monitor as the repair was for a screen change and I paid full price. Well, I don't think they are authorised service personnel, just take care. If you're buying something, sure go ahead but don't get service.

Worst service ever dont buy laptop from here seriously, they are so irresponsible,lazy

The customer care here is so so bad like i gave my laptop for repair they kept it for more than 15 days i called them almosy everyday asking for updates but they just told me that they’ll let me know the updates after 5-10 mins and they never called back after 17 days when i called them they told me your laptop cant be repaired like the experience was so so horrible

I purchased Asus A16 5070 from this store at a very good price. My experience was very good. The staff here is also very friendly.

Honestly, I'd advise everyone to steer clear for laptop repairs. They'll take your money upfront, promise the world, and then give you excuse after excuse while trying to squeeze more cash out of you. Save yourself the frustration and find a more trustworthy repair service.

Worst Experience Ever‼️ This place is a joke. They kept my laptop for days, lied about working on it, and kept giving the same excuse every time I called “We’ve been working on it since morning.”First it was the motherboard, then they added a keyboard issue and charged me a lot—without even fixing the actual problem. Later they said it was the battery, took even more days, and still my laptop has the same issue. I honestly don’t think they fixed anything. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place. Completely unprofessional and unreliable‼️
