HORRIBLE Booking & Delivery Experience for ZX4r Mohan, the manager makes very false promises, never gets work done on time. Bike booked on 30th April, 2024 at Kawasaki Lokhra, for a booking amount of 1,00,000/- FALSE CLAIM 1: The waiting period was 3-4 months by August mid-week as per the showroom manager. No delivery till the last week of Aug 2024. FALSE CLAIM 2: After a complaint made to Kawasaki Customer Service.. Mohan (Manager) & Paras (Sales team) quickly responded and promised bike will be delivered on 20th September. On 20th Bike was not delivered. FALSE CLAIM 3: Mohan and a partner of the owner called and said bike has been allotted but you have to pay advance 50% so that the bike is delivered by Oct, orelse will delay. Did the payment and took on writing the delivery date but on 15th Oct the bike was not delivered. Mohan giving excuse of due durga puja, Transport has reached Dhubri but driver is not responding etc. Mohan & Paras stopped picking my calls after Diwali (4th Nov). On 5th Nov called Customer care about the issue. The dealer later responded by forwarding and apology letter that they could not deliver bike on time. The refund process has started & will be refunded by 21st Nov. But if the bike comes before that time period bike will be delivered. FALSE CLAIM 4: The owner Daniel called on 20th said the bike is confirmed will reach by end of Nov.. We will share details of the bike with you tomorrow.. Till 25th Nov they are still not able to share any details of bike as discussed or have refunded my money. FALSE CLAIM 5: They said wont return money but will get the bike from Patna as mentioned on 3rd Dec. Will deliver bike by 12th Dec.. Till 16th December bike not received. Bike was finally delivered on 22nd Dec, but the vehicle was very poorly transported from Patna dealer (image attached). The dealer have agreed to replace it, lets see how that goes. Registration is still pending since 22nd Dec... Its been 1 month now, have not received registration number yet. The owner also doesn't seem to respond much(screenshot shared). These people need to change immediately. Highly recommended to stay away from this showroom for peace of mind. Their service is also not upto the mark.. you can read other customers feedbacks below. Also influencers please stop promoting such dealers for some cheap favors.

I was really looking forward to buy a z900rs. But the sales teams lack of interest made me shift to a triumph Bonneville. A person walks in to buy a 10 12 lakh motorcycle they seem really less bothered to talk to u approach you. Thought it myt be the dealers issue so called kawasakis pan india no to know details of the bike the person in the call centre also seemed less interested nit eager. Imagine how bad their after sales will be

As in Mizoram we don't have a Kawasaki Distributor, i brought My Bike i/e Kawasaki Vulcan s from Seven Sisters & that too through Phone call and so on..it was during Lockdown hence i could not go to Guhati, Seven Sisters in person. However the Sales Executive Mr. Siddhartha Bhattacharjee does everything Necessary for me that i could become the first person in North East to acquire this Beautiful Vulcan BS6 2021. He is the reason i could get my Bike. I strongly recommend Seven Sisters .

Visited the showroom for service of my bike They just have one technician available, who too comes to the service centre only in the afternoon and works at his own leisure. They don’t really care about the customer experience and timelines. They are ruining the name of Kawasaki.

Poor response from showroom. Called the showroom for some information on the Versys 650. They were supposed to call back but never responded. This happened multiple times. Business etiquettes are lacking and I had a frustrating experience. There are a lot of unsatisfactory comments here on this Google review page and they don't even bother to address them either. Insensitive & unprofessional !!

Just as the other reviews in this review section, I faced similar poor customer service experience with the lady in the showroom. The lady was not informative, got a defensive vibe throughout my conversation with her. Who the hell hired the lady?! 😂 I can definitely do a much much better job than her. Eventually I bought the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and had the best customer experience at Royal Enfield Shillong. 👍
