My experience with this showroom is quite good. I bought a bike from here last month. Delivery was done in a very short time. And there are service centers also here. The behavior of the salesman here is also very good. And almost all the bikes were available.

I had given my bike for repair and clearly explained all the issues. The service center committed to complete the repair within 12–15 days, but I received my bike after 27 days. Even after waiting so long, only around 50% of the problems were fixed. Many issues that I had specifically mentioned are still present. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. There was no proper communication, no update during the delay, and the bike was handed over without completing the agreed work. Time commitment and quality of service were both very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money. Receptionist girl also unprofessional.

Service center is in the back side of the bajaj dealer.. Service center is not neat and clean.. and waiting room is also not clean and hygine. One chair is very loose.. only 6 person can rest in the waiting room at a time. You can get TV and mobile charging point as well as washroom and drinking water in the waiting room.. Bike Servicing cost is very high.. they don't wash your bike properly.. Staff's behavior should be more customer friendly .. maximum bike parts are available in here.. this point is to be noted.

It's been 2 month I have bought my bike till now no one have called me regarding delivery of number plate. Also they have provided me only one free helmet where as my friend bought the same bike and he got 2 helmets. The servicing department also not good my 1st servicing cost 992, they have charged labour cost which is mean to be free.

3rd class experience in this service center, they don't have any transperancy with customer. They only know how to make huge amount of bill. Behavior is also not good. Their is a request to bajaj co. Please look into this matter.
