In case if your bike is accident u have to face a lot problem manager is like money any time money n run after advance if u have insurence and if evrything is okay den u will have to pay a big amount of advance and u will have to listen his words as if its his house work worst service in northeast

Not good sarvice.No one will go They remove the good battery and replace it with the old bad battery. They remove new parts of the car and replace it with old ones

Worst Service, They don't Even received the call After Sales..

I was thinking of not giving any star but there was no option, so I had to give one, it's doesn't matter, but I would not like any friend to go to this service center. He told me it will cost 15000 rupees and tried to put it in his pocket and lastly he did not even wash the bike properly. I don't know why.. he washed the bike with engine oil, maybe it is still like that. There is not a single CCTV camera inside the service center,But when I got my bike serviced outside, the total bill came to Rs.950 only... I request the management of this service centre to install CCTV in every corner as soon as possible and provide correct and comfortable service to the customer without any hassle.

So I took my dominar 400 for service yesterday.... They inspected the bike then handed it over to a technician (maybe he was senior) .... 1st thing as a customer I expect good n friendly behaviour which was completely missing!! Okay that's fine I thought maybe he's too serious with his work or someone professional but to my surprise he was just working for the sake of delivering the bike as early n easily possible (giving you a reference he after drainage the engine oil didn't even bother to clean up the oil filter space he just replaced it n that's it) the used oil was still in the housing of the oil filter n he just closed the cap nor did he clean the oil strainer he could have just used a pressure air gun but he said it's not cleanable it's only replaceable.... I'm very much disappointed though I didn't have any other service centre near me but I know one thing for sure I won't give my bike to that person again either I'll say a junior employee ( a newbie) to do the things more properly.
