Extremely disappointing experience at Kia Divine Showroom. Both the salesmen and even the manager seriously lack professionalism and basic customer-handling skills. They don’t know how to treat customers respectfully or provide proper information. Totally unprofessional attitude — not what you’d expect from a reputed brand like Kia.
