Kia Car Showroom - Meridian Kia, Nalapara

I am writing this review about Meridian Kia (Kia Car Showroom, Nalapara, Guwahati) regarding our recent experience. We had already booked a Kia Seltos HTX model over the phone and paid the booking amount. Since this is a car worth more than ₹18.50 lakhs, we expected at least basic professionalism and courtesy from the showroom staff. We traveled almost 2 hours from our town to visit the showroom physically. However, we were extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. •No one properly welcomed us or even asked us to sit. •Basic hospitality like offering drinking water was completely ignored. •When we asked about insurance details and accessories, the staff did not pay attention or respond properly. •While showing the car, they did not explain the features of the HTX model clearly. The most disappointing part was the overall attitude towards customers. Even after booking the vehicle and not opting for showroom finance, their response became careless and indifferent. Customer behavior and service matter the most, especially when purchasing a vehicle in this price range. Unfortunately, our experience today was extremely poor. Other Kia showrooms in Guwahati are much more responsible and customer-friendly compared to this one. Very disappointed with the service and behavior.

I went to renew my car sonet's insurance . Took 3 days . In this era of the internet i can do that within 5 mins sitting at home . I guess as the sales are lower compared to maruki suzuki or hyundai the employees tend to work at a turtle pace . My request to the owner of the showroom kindly look into these problems .

Very unprofessional behaviour of the team here in Kia. Called me for delivery today and after making me wait half a day in the name of some things tells me that the car would only be shown after making full payment and that the car is in Nagaon not here which is about 200 km away. Totally agast....

Showroom looks small compared to others but they have the stockyard on backside, so most models are available to see. Other companies have only top model to see but here all models are available to see. Staff is warm and friendly. They understand your need and try to assist you. Coffee is also excellent 🤠.
