Spectrum Honda

My all time favorite preference. It's feel like Home . Excellent Hospitality always being treated valued and special. Honda is not only selling a car there but keep their commitments till decades . They are always there in any emergency also. It been more than 16 years I am coming here and every time they make us comfortable and satisfied. Honda cars are always Excellent. It's very difficult to go for any other car once you drive Honda. I LOVE HONDA but for my Honda, It's always Spectrum Honda Guwahati Assam.

I recently brought a Honda Amaze VX from Spectrum Honda. I was in contact with Mr Prasanna Das from Spectrum Honda and I must say, he has made sure that the process was smooth all along. Although it takes a long time while delivering the car due to paper works, but the assurance of getting most things done as per our choice was maintained. Additionally small details were also added like a photo frame gifted from honda with my family, and also assured of quality after sales services. See

I have no problem with spectrum honda, guwahati. But I have experienced that 1 sales person at GS road showroom needs to be polished. No professionalism at all. God bless him.

Oldest Honda car showroom in Guwahati. Premium car only offered in this showroom. Best buy for sedan cars. Service of the staffs are excellent. There is not much rush inside. Executives are very polite. Overall good experience

Got my car serviced here. I reached there at their lunch time. Nonetheless, they entertained me and took in my car for servicing. Did a decent job with the car, although I was not very happy with the additional service of inner car care opted by me which included the cleaning of the entire car inner with foam, which cost near 2k. The car was delivered on time and they helped me in collection of the car after their closing time. The bodywork which hadn't been done to my satisfaction during my previous visit was also taken care during this visit.

YOU CAN BUY A CAR, BUT NEVER GO FOR REPAIR OR SERVICE Had given my car for repair (dent n painting) on 22 September. They didn't take up the job for four weeks. On the top of it, not even contacted me until I called up to inquire. Even after that they didn't take up the job. I received a call 27 October that my car is ready for delivery. When I examined the car I found they have half done the job. I am posting photos of what was not done. And on the top of it, they charged me Rs 25 k for denting and painting of the back left hand door and rear bumper. When I asked for the reason for not doing the job, nonchalant reply was that it was not in the job card that I signed. I pointed out that the job card was not written by me. I am a layman and have limited understanding of the technical language. But I wanted my car repaired - completely. Now they say that to get the repair done (you can see the photos) another 25 k will be required. They are looting customers in the name of repair.

Worst experience ever I had in my life, Nilav sharma (sales manager) has no manners, behaviour is not good at all. His attitude is like owner of the company. He don't behave well with the customer.
