As we listen tata service is not good. I seen in this service centre also. Technician is not so professional. They spend 2 days to identify my car fault but failed to identify and as all service center suggested change the part if u fail to identify problem. Lastly I accepted to change my car's part While changing my car's part technician broke my another part. When I notice, they deny to accept but after so many conversations service manager accepted and change my car's part without cost. I am giving five star only for hospitality. I am really disappointed from his service and technician spend a lot of time for changing of part.

I took my car for service. I was sitting there at service customer chamber at back of office, while my car was under repair. And to my utter surprise I heard them how they do fraud. They will put water in old shampoo bottle and clean your car and charge you for new one. They service team trying to bring many issues themselves towards the car and charge you. It seems they shave a target of 5000 approx per car. If I am not wrong the guy name was gulak from service. Not at all professional

I am deeply dismayed by the abysmal service I have received from Bhagyashree Motors Nalbari, which has left me with no choice but to provide them with a 0-star rating. After purchasing a car from their dealership, I expected nothing short of excellence in terms of customer support and after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. To my utter disbelief, I discovered a rat in my car this morning. Understandably concerned about the potential damage and hygiene issues, I immediately contacted Bhagyashree Motors and was advised to bring my vehicle to their service center. However, what transpired next has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon reaching the service center, I was informed that they would need to keep my car for a week to resolve the issue. A whole week! This is an utterly unreasonable and impractical timeframe for a problem that requires urgent attention. The presence of a rat not only poses health risks but can also result in severe damage to the car's interior, wiring, and other vital components. Furthermore, the lack of empathy and accountability demonstrated by the staff at Bhagyashree Motors is deeply disappointing. Instead of offering a swift solution or suggesting alternative options, they simply shrugged off the matter, leaving me with no choice but to endure the inconvenience of being without a vehicle for an extended period. As a customer, I expected prompt and efficient service after investing a significant amount of money in a car from Bhagyashree Motors. Regrettably, their after-sales support has fallen well short of my expectations, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider their decision of purchasing from Bhagyashree Motors Nalbari. My experience highlights their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and an apparent indifference towards rectifying issues promptly. A company's reputation is built on its commitment to customer satisfaction, and in this case, Bhagyashree Motors has failed miserably. It is my hope that by sharing my unfortunate encounter, other consumers will be aware of the substandard service provided by Bhagyashree Motors Nalbari and make informed decisions when choosing their automotive needs.

Worst dealership with zero management. I worked there and later had to left it cause of their poor management and no work ethics. Salary will be low, plus it will be provided by last week of next month. Never trust management if it ask you do something from your own pocket saying they will reimburse later. Cause you will never get your money back. Also Parts won’t be available and beware of charging more. Beware!!

Worst service centre.. they have no expertise or knowledge about car issues.. my tata tigor was giving problems lately. The engine would not start once in a while.. i took the car to them which after inspection they said was okay.. again the same problem recurred.. i took it to a local mechanic who identified battery problem within moments.. now the car is working fine.. I used to give my car for service to this particular service centre as it is close to my workplace.. during last service they charged me 2 Large gallons of shampoo in the bill .. i brought it to their notice which was then rectified.. even during purchase of the car i was charged extra insurance money which was refunded later when i cross checked.. very unprofessional.. i would not recommend this particular service centre to anyone.. highly dissatisfied... Mistakes cant happen every time

Generally less crowd but if u want to do servicing of car on saturday better to book inadvance. The people are good and helpful.
