Day before yesterday, I faced an issue with the handbrake of my Tata Harrier at home while preparing to go out. As the handbrake was not working, I had to seek assistance. I contacted Tata Motors (Bimal Cars), Lokhra, and spoke with the manager. I was informed that they were very busy and had to wait for around 2 hours. Although the response was delayed, the service team eventually arrived and successfully resolved the issue. The problem was handled professionally once they reached. Despite the delay, I am happy with the final outcome and appreciate their effort in attending to the issue and fixing it. Some improvement in response time would make the experience even better.

Exceptional Service Experience at Tata Service Center I recently visited this Tata service center in Guwahati during an emergency when my vehicle broke down. The staff were incredibly prompt and efficient, taking my vehicle in immediately and diagnosing the issue within minutes. They had all the necessary spare parts and worked diligently to repair the major fault in the radiator system, which was causing the cooling issue. What impressed me most was their positive attitude and willingness to help, despite knowing I was in a tight spot. They prioritized my repair and delivered the vehicle the next day, allowing me to continue my journey home without further delay. Their service was top-notch, and I'd highly recommend this center to anyone in need of reliable and efficient vehicle repairs. Kudos to the team and heartfelt thanks for their exceptional customer service!

Worst experience. The lack of inspection. Bought a tata harrier top model and just after 5km from showroom it breakdown. Total harassment from last two days and still not clear picture about the condition of the car. Will advice people to think before buying car from these people. This completely ruined the experience and raises serious concerns about their quality control and customer care.

On 23/07/2025 i have booked tata nexon in this dealer and after booking sales consultant name is Ricky he have given me order & billing form instead of booking recept and he didn't gave properly response to me as their customer after i have told him that kindly refund me the booking amount and then he have given but he misbehaved with me after that i have purchased nexon from another tata dealer and their everything was excellent....This was my experience in this dealer
