Bought brand new Volkswagen Taigun 1L Topline from this showroom on 7th January, 2026. The first servicing happened on 7th February, 2026 and the car broke down on 9th February, 2026 and refused to start. It's about to be a month and there has been no proper resolution provided by the service center. They haven't provided written root cause analysis and assurance that this issue will not reoccur. Not only that, they managed to scratch the car while it was kept with them. Avoid buying any VW cars from this dealer.

Good people working here but the VW India main management has a very poor understanding of Indian customers. You won't believe but VW cars are very low maintenance cars but due to VW business policy and unethical business practices in India people are not buying their cars. I own a vento TDI 1.6 and I always buy genuine parts from here but they always try to change the complete part instead of the only damaged part. For example if washer or gaskets are damaged they forced you to change the complete assembly. Like once I had the injectors inlet pipe leakage issues. The washers will costs you only Rs.1200/- and the complete pipe assembly costs Rs.9000/- what they wanted to change. But I ordered the parts online and chenged the washers only and it got fixed completely. The same happens with all the other parts like injectors, oil cooler and all. So VW cars are too good but the VW India management is the worst. Which might leads them to leave the country soon.

Zero product… salesmen scam people by telling free service for three years (3 services) and later customer will realize that there is one inspection after one month , second inspection at 6 months and first service at 1 year so total three and even at first service you have to pay 4-5 thousands for consumables… and from second year onwards you have to pay everything. And even there is instant pickup issue in the car which is again so frustrating to drive in hilly region . Worst car, worst company, worst experience.

Poor service ( accept basic services like water & tea/coffee 10/10 ) worst thing is they don't wash the car for last 3 times servicing of our car. It took almost 8 hours to complete the service & delivery of the car.

pathetic service centre. no parts no staff.dealer head is a bluff and doesnt response to customers if we complain.

The advisors and the mechanics were not at all friendly plus they were extremely arrogant at the service center. We traveled 300km just to get such ill treatment.
