Mukesh Hyundai Service Center, Last Gate

Mukesh Hyundai Service Centre provides a good service experience overall. The staff members are well-mannered and welcome every visitor courteously. I have been servicing my car here for the past five years, and on every occasion, my concerns have been addressed effectively. The service charges are reasonable, and genuine OEM parts are readily available. However, one drawback is the poor cleanliness of the parking area, which often appears dirty with visible garbage and open drains. Improving this aspect would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

I am satisfied with the service center staff and their excellent service, My car need urgent repair during my visit to Guwahati for medical checkup, so without prior appointment they check my car promptly and outsource the unavailable parts so that I didn’t miss a day for my return. Excellent service and also very thankful to all

Third class workshop. Poor service. I am going for a normal service. But normal service almost done they inform me that car was another problem when I asked them how it possible when I handover them car no other problem and they also test drive the car when they receive it. But no one listen to me service advisor Rinku Sharma was not importance to me how to solution it. Parts availability poor. Their only motive to customers bill how to high. I feel that their paid service was high to another service center. My first and last visit to this workshop. Their responsibility was very poor.

They only emphasize on their bookings. But not a single quality person to understand the needs. Very poor service and wastage of time.

They have a quick response anyday anytime .The staffs are good .Here one can avail all sorts of repairing changing of parts and wash the car with polishing and all etc.The charge is abit high including of gst n all ."* This service centre is located near Dispur ,Last Gate, GUWAHATI The name of the road is Naharani path.

Very bad experience , I took my Hyundai Venue for servicing, it was a second service and it was free service but these people charged me servicing cost of more than ₹2000 ,, And when I told them, they told me that I would get a refund, but I haven't received it yet, it's been a month now… Don't come here for servicing.🙏

I dialled the number available online, a llady picked up the phone and just hung up after listening to my concern. Called back but no answer the second time. My advise, give the number of someone who knows basic phone courtesy

Overall service of this Hyundai service centre situated in Last Gate ,Guwahati is very satisfactory. The Service Adviser explained everything about my car condition during my regular service and delivered my car at promised time. Technicians are also good.
