The clerk guy who manages reception and patient in the waiting area, lacks basic manners. Does not know how to talk to a customer who pays for his salary.

2 star for the reception staff. You need to wait so long and how patheticically they arrange appointment system....just disgusting. They don't know how to talk gently. Me too working in medical field . We know the importance of time. 5 star for doctors behaviour and treatment.

Worst behaviour of the staff. dignity is more important than the treatment the way they behave with the patient .
