Urban Villa

Very very bad place... Disturbing all the neighbours whole night... It is a resident area...Good peoples don't come here.... Drinking shouting fighting .....please avoid this place.

This is honest review from my stay at urban villa. Eco-budget, Location wise it very peaceful place to stay and has great staff, interior functionally are aged and bathroom are clean but not well maintained foods are price = quality, quantity.

The place is good in terms of having party and get together. Staff is also good. Food is also good and affordable. Overall a good experience 👍👍

Deluxe rooms are spacious But the triangle dome rooms are a bit clumsy Spacious parking area Cooperative staff Outside sitting area was awesome ,romantic Cons-situated on a high area and narrow road

Yesterday I came to Guwahati with my family and I booked Urban villa through online immediately response come from hotel ménage he informed me he has only one room so I have to pay advance immediately and I paid 500/- advance when I reached the villa it is so bad condition nobody can stay heire it’s UN safety windows are broken and Unhygienic then I asked to Bk my advance his roundly behaviour shocked me.so I warn everyone do go through photos all are photoshop creation…Jibinot Hikha palu

The rooms and washrooms are dirty. The flush did not work in our room.

I recently stayed at Urban Villa and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities – comfortable bed, clean linens, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. The bathroom was clean and modern, with hot water available at all times.

Had a great Stay !!! All Staffs were awesome and helpful!!!Must visit place in Ghty!!Will visit again for sure!!!
