I am highly disappointed with this courier service. My parcel was delayed far beyond the promised delivery date, and there was no proper communication or tracking update provided. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, making the whole experience very frustrating. A service that is supposed to provide reliability and trust completely failed to do so. I would not recommend this courier to anyone looking for timely and professional delivery
