They sent the cake through ola didn't pay the ola driver after taking delivery charges of 500 from us. We paid him 370 Rs. Because of them, we had to cut the cake at 8:30. We asked them precisely to deliver the cake by 6:30 but the cake was delivered at 8:25. A complete mess was created.

When I reached out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction, they apologized and offered a discount on my next purchase as compensation. While I appreciate their attempt to make amends, it feels rather insignificant considering the initial high cost of the cake. The pricing should be fair and should reflect the quality of the product being offered. It is disappointing to pay a premium price only to receive a damaged cake. While the gesture of a discount for a future purchase is appreciated, it does little to rectify the initial disappointment. Based on my experience, I may still it recommend this place as I appreciate new enterprises trying to bring something new.
