One of the last remaining sony care centers. You have go into a bylane, 50-100m from the main road, right beside Goswami Service bus stop. It's an assam type home, repurposed for commercial use. Service is typical Sony service. Will update once my camera gets fixed.

Very polite staff. Super helpful. Travelled there from Shillong and they did not disappoint. They always pick up calls and are always ready to listen to queries. The service was also great, though it took longer than anticipated ( I got my lens cleaned).

Horrible experience. They quote an expensive repairing charge and when you refuse. They still charge a servicing charge.
