Bought this laptop recently and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The performance is smooth, build quality is solid, and it handles multitasking well. The staff ( tonvir ) was very helpful, polite, and guided me properly throughout the purchase. Overall, a great experience and value for money.

Very vulnarable service. Products or teams behavior may be good but their service is worst, never gonna buy any product from reliance digital. I have bought a TV from their Adabari store on thursday, but they said I cant take out with the product I have bought right away, It will be delivered to my address from their godown by tomorrow or whenever I prefer. Now the the first thing is if we cant take product instantly why to open the store? open a good online app instead, we go to buy a product offline beacuse have jobs plans etc so we are not available to recieve the product. Okay they said the product will deliver by the day whenever I prefer, so I booked for next Sunday that is today. But now its almost 5 PM, there is no any update for the delivery. Now when I call the store person they are saying delivery is not possible today due to technical problems. Means I have nothing to say....... !!!!! Guys dont buy anything from here, instead you buy it online, atleast there you can track your order and be updated with the order.

* ⭐ Worst Experience Ever – Reliance Digital Adabari I went to Reliance Digital Adabari with full excitement but came back deeply disappointed.While the TV sales team was calm, respectful, and very helpful,the Bajaj Finance staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. No manners, no respect completely ruined my buying experience. * Because of the finance staff’s behavior, I decided not to purchase, despite liking the product. * I had trusted this store and even referred friends and family earlier — big mistake. I will never shop here again and strongly warn others to avoid the Adabari branch * Management must take strict action. Totally unacceptable.

Purchased recently from them. Very cooperative staff. Especially someone named Anuj Sharma if I’m not wrong he was very helpful, throughout. Also easy finance options. Very satisfied

While purchasing electronics, they are very nice and helpful. I bought a refrigerator and they assured me that it will be delivered by next day. The one that was delivered was damaged and they replaced with a new one which had a buckled door and won't even close. Their entire team was unresponsive for a week for the entire process. I had to call them every single day. Then finally, I was made to purchase a new one from a different brand. This was done after 2 weeks from original purchase date. The new one arrived but as assured their technician would visit and complete installation within 24 hours. Now it has already been 48 hours and the concerned team at Reliance Digital are not responding and neither sending anyone. I would like to urge all customers that kindly not to purchase electronics like fridge and AC from this outlet as their service is below pathetic. They will make you suffer like anything. I cant even use my new fridge till date (has been 3 days now and counting) and the brand new packed refigerator is still present in my kitchen. You will get much better offers and service at Croma. Croma never disappoints.
