Behaviour and everything is good definitely as it should be, because it’s their work, but seems like a lot of difference in the price from online or other stores, also be aware if you are exchanging and calculate it well (the exchange price) seems like we got fooled.

The behavior of the service persons are simple yet very polite and humble, until you find that talkative mustache man. Be aware of that dude, with his fast dialogue delivery, he has all the capabilities to make you purchase anything you don't feel as needy. When he is in a mood, there is a chance that you might have picked up a 50 inch Samsung TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, washing machine, Oven all togather in a day.

My recent visit to the Samsung RoyalPlaza was quite satisfying. The store is well-organized and spacious, showcasing a wide range of Samsung products. The layout makes it easy to browse and compare different items. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions about the latest Samsung products and provided detailed information about their features and specifications. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Store. The combination of excellent customer service, a wide product range, and a welcoming environment makes it a top choice for anyone looking for Samsung products. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Upgraded a phone here. After buying it, they are saying that I need to pay more as they've found the phone that was exchanged was defective. If that was the case, then you should've caught it during inspection only. The phone was given to you all for full inspection. The mood of buying a new phone has been totally crushed.

The staffs are not courteous. They seem to be in a mood of not to explain details of a product to customer.Their attitude is like " aapko kharidna hay to kharido nehi to age baro".

Worst experience.. Worst after sale service.. I bought samsang ac few days ago but now it almost 5 days no calls from technian or from them.. I called them many times only they says that technician will cl me me but no calls from any one.. Now they dont even receive my calls also.. This was my first purchase from royal plaza samsang store . And the last. 🙏🙏 I won't suggest anyone to buy from this Fake trust giving showroom.. Only good before buying any goods after purchasing they even dont ask for tea or coffee also...😡😡🤬🤬🤬
