Infinity Hero Or infinity automotive

Good service, but I suggest you not to buy any bike from Hero Infinity. However, you can definitely visit for bike servicing — the service staff are very good and supportive. The dealer team, on the other hand, gives false promises. I was extremely dissatisfied during the time of my bike delivery.

worst showroom i have visited. at the time of purchase the bike their behavior is so good. They service is tooooo much poor.. don't visit there service center. Recently visits to buy chain for my hero extreme after paying i ask for the bill but the lady seating in the cash counter she don't know how to deal with the customer.. it is taking maximum time of 5 minutes to give the bill. she said wait in waiting room it will take time.....

I recently purchased a splendor plus bike from this showroom.they are good service providers.

Very bad and pathetic service. Don't know the importance of time. Not for professional people who value their time.

Staffs are very unprofessional, specially in service sector.. they don't value your time or money except only when you go there to buy their product..

Had an absolutely infuriating experience — they made us wait for 6 to 7 hours just to install a damn number plate for a scooty and for the servicing of the scooty. Do they seriously lack even the basic civics sense or any respect for a customer’s time? Are we just supposed to sit around like we have nothing better to do? Our time is valuable, and this kind of mismanagement and apathy is unacceptable. It’s not just frustrating, it’s insulting.
