Bank is located on a road side prime location, staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Branch Manager Mr Ankit Saha , other officials like Sabita Madam are nice person with friendly presence. pathetic bank staff... always try run from work ..most of the time passbook update machine is not working due to poor management by the bank, its a very old bank of beltola.. but due to its poor services most of customer closed a/c or out their money from this branch.
