Service was extremely poor, number plate installation person show me very unresponsive behaviour during my number plate installation and showroom manager also ignore my requests and showroom receptionist continuously ignoring my request and miss guide and miss communicated regarding my issue solution. Entire showroom team after sales service is horrible This is my last time with HERO , Chosen HERO is my biggest regret.

The Scheduling is rigid and formal. They also have a nice resting room with ample seats and two Televisions to binge watch anything to pass the time. So far, my experience with them is a breeze and their communication with customer is excellent. It's good to see Hero motocorp so matured at handling after-sales service!

The staff was great, Very helpful and answered all our questions. The service centre was so clean and bright, and the r service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much Infinity automotive..Well and good management..Must visit.

Good service, well behaviour of every staff, but have to improve in service quality as the staff has less knowledge nd their wasn't able to deliver service at time . Need to improve in delivering service more quickly nd with prompt response with proper information

The staffs are irresponsible, some are good some are not. But majority are not good at work they work slow. We have say multiple times for one work. These can be improved so please improve your service.

Overall service quality is preety good and the technicians are all well trained. At last the washing and polishing is also good. Highly recommend for hero customers.
