One of the worst washing centre I have ever been to with the rudest employees and yup that’s expected when the owner itself the same, (his reply to my complain was ‘that’s all we can do and can’t do any better so be satisfied’). Have attached photos and this was the condition after they washed my bike for the ‘SECOND’ time, the mud and dust doesn’t even comes off and they directly apply polish above it causing many scratches to the vehicle, no experience and very pathetic service. I suggest you people to get some training. Don’t be in this washing centre if you really care for your vehicle and also the money you are paying for such pathetic service, cause I ain’t taking my 6 other family vehicles which I used to take there few times before this happened and it’s common every time. Paying them felt more like donation then getting any service. Thank you

Sometimes I’m satisfied and sometimes not, the foam is good on some days but not consistent, overall it’s a mixed experience, when the wash is done well it feels worth it, but other times it feels rushed, however, the owner is very good and polite which makes the experience better.

Today I gave the Car to this car wash for a full wash, I left after that, when I returned they said the car was done, but there were lots of places on the exterior that were not cleaned. When asked them the reason they said that, since they were having so many cars to wash today, they don't have time to clean each car thoroughly. They said cleaning each car thoroughly would take 2 hours and they are very busy today. But the amount of money they charged is ₹450, which is the complete amount. Such unprofessional behaviour from these people. At last I returned very disappointed.

One of the worst experience ....took 2.5k for engine wash ... polish and car wash ...this is wat they did ..never visit if you know the value of money... totally unsatisfactory

One of the best car washes I’ve been to in my part of Guwahati. I always look for two things in a business outlet: their work and their customer relations. This car wash has really good dedicated workers and an excellent supervisor/owner who is very humble. I got my motorbike teflon coated and they did with extreme dedication n care. The owner made sure that the job is rightly done n he kept a check on things from time to time. Kudos to the team. A new customer added to your list now. Keep it up!
