Worst experience ever. Will never ever again purchase insurance from thjs company. Firstly the so called cash less availment wasnt really cashless. We got discharge from the hospital on the first half of the day but had to wait 5-6hrs for the insurance claim. My father being the patient and also a senior citizen had to wait for such long hours. Really pathetic service.
