⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. The staff at this post office behaved very rudely and were not cooperative at all. There was no proper guidance or politeness while dealing with customers. Government services should treat people with respect, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope the authorities take action to improve their behavior and service quality.

Visited many times to recieve my parcel but they always said come tomorrow and now my parcel has been sent to shillong. What a service! Worst experience ever.

They are even unable to deliver the speedpost items. If other private delivery boy can find the address why not by Indian Post?

Very slow service. Most of the time service is down. They don't deliver the product in your home. The peon of here behaves very rudely. They don't have punctuality, they only follow closing time. They don't have an online payment system. Instead of this post office visit beltola Post office

I would definitely give it rating in minus if that was possible. It has the most unprofessional and rudest staff ever . They talk in an abusive manner. Just don't wanna help the customer and would never deliver your post/parcel. 😡😡😡😡 I'll request to change the entire staff specially the post man and branch manager who tries to cover his staff's mistakes by blaming the customer itself nd saying they are not here to serve us.

Worse experience ever I have seen in any post office. I asked one an member for check my purchel but he didn't check it. They return my purchel without inform me. It's like they cheated me and they also waisted my time
