Didn't like it,the salesman/owner behaviour is fine but service quality is very poor. I had lenses and yes I did checked everything but after coming home found out that they had adjusted with the lenses and frame fitting, they have adjusted the lenses with glue to fit in the frame. A very disapointing experiance. I visited the store as the store is close to my home and i know the owner since my childhood. Though lenskart is also close to my home i prefer to purchase from this store out of trust and paid in advance. In the end what i get is a ordinary frame and copy blue cart lense, and they charged 3000 for those fake products. Its the first blu cart lense i have ever seen in my life with no anti glare lense, no water repallent lense and no anti dust coating. They didnt even provide me a gst bill when i asked for. This is how they cheat people when buying a blue cart lense. They demonstrate with the original blu cart and provide a copy one. If you recognise and ask them about why the difference, they try to fool you with different excuses. If u did not paid in advance then you can go to any other store near you.

Went to this shop to get glasses years ago and even tho the staff seemed friendly, I found out later that the attendant named Rokib cheated my father and gave him bad quality glasses.
