Their service centre is not good, Hockey stadium service centre says go to the, some one other I'll not do your service & they refer to metal bikes service paltan bazar. Interestingly they are like a Manner less behaviour. If the service centre is not good how can the customer feel good about the manufacturer .

I have been there twice. They address and resolve all technical problems reported to them. So technical side is good but the front office seems to be little under staffed. It is often crowded and there is no queue so you have to be little patient. Overall its fine.
