The team was super helpful, understood exactly what my bike needed, and got everything done faster than expected — that too with top-notch quality. They checked everything thoroughly, did a clean job, and ensured my bike was in perfect condition before I continued the journey. You can tell they really care about riders and not just about finishing the job. The attention to detail and friendly attitude made a big difference, especially when you’re far from home and need reliable service on the road. Worst experience ever! I purchased a bike from this showroom more than a week ago and I am still waiting for my number plate. I’ve been calling and messaging them repeatedly, but there has been no proper response. Each time I call, they just say “I’ll call you back,” but they never do. I even sent a message the next day, but still no reply. The staff here are uncooperative and completely irresponsible. If this is the kind of after-sales service they provide, I seriously regret buying from this place. Highly unprofessional and disappointing!
