Service is a little better here. Less crowded. Some of the staff are courteous. They are more concerned with selling some products. Washing is pathetic. The customer lounge is not adequate. The service centre is not very large but adequate enough. Overall experience is fine.

Subject: Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Service at [ North Guwahati,Amingaon,Gargya mahindra service centre] Gargya Mahindra Service team, I’m writing this out of sheer frustration and utter disappointment with your service centre, [Gargya Mahindra Service], located at [North Guwahati,Amingaon]. Let me be very clear — your team has failed miserably in keeping their word and providing even the bare minimum of professional service. “I was assured of parts replacement for my Scorpio N” but none of that was fulfilled. Instead, what I experienced was a complete lack of accountability, repeated excuses, and shocking negligence. Frankly, I’ve never encountered such careless and arrogant behavior from a so-called “authorized” service provider. Your team has absolutely no regard for customer time or trust. If you can’t stick to what you commit, then stop making empty promises. It’s not just unprofessional — it’s dishonest. I demand an immediate explanation of why this happened ( If this is not addressed immediately, I will not hesitate to escalate this to higher authorities, lodge a complaint with the consumer forum, and make this experience public across social media and review platforms.
