So Happy with Samsung's Service! ​ ​I just had to share my wonderful experience with the Samsung Service Center. When my two-year-old Galaxy S21 FE got vertical lines on the screen, my heart sank. But the team at Samsung turned a stressful situation into a great one. ​They replaced my screen for FREE, and I only had to pay a small service charge of ₹413. The repair did take a whole month (from Sept 5th to Oct 5th), which felt like a long time. However, when I collected my phone on Oct 7th, it was as good as new. The long wait was a small price to pay for a free screen replacement. ​I'm a very happy customer and feel that Samsung truly values its users. A huge thank you to the team for their help. I can confidently recommend their service!
