Realme service center

Worst service ever... I had a slow charging issue... At first they sold an adapter to me.. still the issue was not solved.... Later the next day they told me that my motherboard was corrupted... Whereas everything was working fine except they charging speed.... Really disappointed

Worst service center ever , cheap quality service, only know how to talk. They installed cheap poor quality products. They charge me around 1100 just for a small volume switch, and after 15 days same problem happen. And I asked them to repair it again but they again asked me to pay 700. Later I fixed it in another store only in 500 it's worth it and working good .

Totally untrustworthy!! I had an issue with my phone display. They took my another phone and asked me to open the google after which they gave their center a 5 star rating along with a positive comment without me knowing!! And after that my display issue was solved but battery issues started. If they can't ask for an honest review directly and are so unfaithful in such a minor case then what is the probability of them not damaging my phone's battery? Again, when I revisited the centre they said that it'll take a week to replace the battery and lied that no other service centre has the battery. Kindly don't visit the store if u don't want extra problems with your devices.

Realme service centre is a very good service and realme staff behaviour is too good

I have issue with battery, and left earbuds not working. At the time of submitting I told the service centre and they told me it will be replaced. They also don't provide me any job sheet as proff of submit. They told it will took 7 working days to replace and took my phone number. But after 7 days also they didn't informed me and when I call them they told me i didn't pick up my call but I don't receive any call from them. Today I visited the service centre for delivery but the staff are very rude with me and also they told there are not interested with truke tws service anymore. Any if I have any compliant regarding them I can lodge compliant against them and they don't have any problem with the complaint I don't prefer that service centre as customer behaviour is very pathetic and poor. They don't know how to behave with customers Also the lady who received the call talk with attitude and doesn't talk properly, if you tell something about they cut the phone. Worst experience for the service. Don't visit it else you will regret it

Great experience,i lost one of my earbud, replaced it within 3 to 4 days with a genuine piece as it wasn't available at the service centre.

This one is exactly the authorised service center, got professional warranty support, they are nice.
