Worst behavior to customer. Girl in the reception desk has no manners on how to talk with customers. Bad experience here. They tell the customers to change the mobile phone brand. We are investing a lot of money while buying. And these people of service centre tells us to change the mobile phone brand if we give a complain about the problem we are facing with the phone.. MI India. . Please do check out while keeping such girls in your company... Such rude behavior to customers is simply not acceptable. They don't even know how to talk with customers.

They took 30 minutes to deal with my Fast Charging cable. While I came to change it and now they are asking me to change my charging port means they can't change the cable which is on warranty period but they can change the port which is not. Highly dissponetd with the service. Aand after aurging now they are changing the cable because I called the mi india.

Thank-you TVSE for taking a good care of my phone. I am using HTC ONE A9. My broken display was replaced within a few days which was very satisfying. Their service was good and everything went well. I don't understand why people complaining too much for their service. I can understand the wait time for part replacement is a bit longer but it can be accepted as the parts directly come from Taiwan which are more genuine than Chinese made parts as most of the brands uses. Proud to be a HTC owner.

Excellent Team work...My display problem was solved in few minutes...They are truly professional...Proud to be a part of HTC family...

I have given my HTC for repair and they stole my both sim tray..... worst service center.... receptionist not professional at all

This is not a good company and products are costly. Not good service care and rules of HTC.

Worst customer service,should be closed,i had an overheating problem,with an exclamation mark in battery icon,went twice there,but still the problem persists.
