OLA Electric Store - Electric Scooter Showroom in Sree Nagar

Service is a hell experience as no response is given to customers they do everything as their wish no rules and regulations, they don't even provide any jobcard or any documents to customers while depositing the vehicle... No one picks up the phone if you want to enquire about anything a new vehicle will turn into full of scratches the way the keep the vehicles no ethics no moral responsibility nothing. Purchasing ola was one of my biggest mistake and experience in life and will suggest everyone not to buy ola at any cost

Extreme bad service No response by anyone Fully flop. I purchased 1,60,000 last year Tyre damage not available in market. Drive belt broken. I installed drive belt cheeses bolt damage. Finally I parked scooter on road. Extreme poor service

Service was Not Good . I preferred not to buy Because parts not available.if battery was gone then you have to wait 5 or 6 Months after waiting for 5 or 6 maybe you have to wait 2year.

Very very very poor service, Guys please don't buy Ola. This is not a showroom or service centre this is like a (গোহালি 😂) If you guys don't believe me then please visit the store but don't buy Ola. 🙏 Thanks

Very bad I have to travel 25 km to khow what is the status of my scooter. They don't respond to phone calls.

Good scooter but once you get any major problem like battery or motor or wiring just burn the scooter and buy ather or bjaj chetak because service center sucks and they just sleep there and don’t care to repair even minor problem.
