Catla Broadband Services

Never ever go for Catla, toooooo bad network. Half of the month it shows NO INTERNET. Customer care sometimes donot response to Your call. Half of the month you will only end up calling catla and complaining about their internet problem.

I have been using from last 3 months and they provide good service.

Very unstable internet service. Speed not upto to mark as paid for in the pack. Always below average internet speed. Worst technical support team with no help at all even after multiple calls for lost internet connection. Not responding to calls at all. Do not recommend using this fruad service at all.

After paying the bill every month still showing that amount is pending.there person is coming for installation and said that one month recharge is included in the installation.i have to pay from next month which i have been doing.bill is showing pending from 3 /2024 and they are asking for it in july /2025.i had told them about this now they are saying there is no such policy of our company whose mistake is it.they should ask the person who had done installation.instead they are asking me who had done the installation.it is a common sense how can i know who done the installation.it is their duty to keep record.dont fall for them if you select catla do clear everything about payment Regarding service it is decent.connection is not that stable.keeps on fluctuating.5g not working.only 2.4 is working.

Found the best broad-band service provider in the entire Guwahati city. Downloading and uploading speed are very good.. we are using the same connection in our office too.. There is no buffering issues in videos if we view the videos with the highest resolution like 1080p Customer Service is at its best. Overall i recommend this to all.

Very much unstable network !! Will never recommend to anyone unless they improve their connection quality. Download speed is good when it is stable but becomes unstable very often forces me to use mobile data. What's the point of paying for a broadband ! Customer care responds quickly, but the answer is always 'technical issues, we are working on it'. These stability issues happen very often effecting my work. Giving a one star for picking up the call by customer care and the download speed whenever connect is sometime stable. Otherwise CATLA is useless.

I subscribed this Internet Service Provider (ISP) since the 2017 and have seen its service upgrade since then. I initially bought the cable lines to be brought in to my home, since during that year there were no fiber optic cable lines by any ISP in guwahati near Dispur and it has paid me well in that regard, in these past 6 years. I recommend this service to any new subscriber in my Dispur area as i have received their prompt service whenever there is any physical cable issue or network issues.
