Have had a horrid experience with them. Despite flagging off a concern regarding a KurlOn Coir mattress after just 15 days of purchase and use, they have been fooling us. All follow ups with the Kurl On is being done by us for last 6 months. They haven't helped us even once. Seems like they have kept a stock of such defective items and fool the customer to sell them.
