Prime cakes, Jayanagar

I always adore a bakery with varieties... I visited Prime Cakes yesterday during my trip to Guwahati, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. My brother took me there, and we both absolutely loved the food. I tried their Chicken Makhani Roll (₹60) — though it’s called a roll, it felt more like a delicious hot-dog-style bun with flavorful chicken stuffing in between. My brother went for the Chicken Burger (₹60), which he also enjoyed. We also ordered a Bun Maska (₹25/-) , which was soft and slightly sweet — filled with cream, cherries, and butter — simple yet comforting. The highlight for me was definitely their Chocolate Pastry — they warm it up in the microwave, so the chocolate melts beautifully, giving it that gooey, rich taste. It was absolutely delicious and worth every rupee. Overall, the food, taste, and pricing all felt balanced and satisfying. It’s one of those places where you feel happy spending because the food truly lives up to your expectations. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

Not a pleasent experience. Served plain puff with no stuffing nothing in the name of cheese puff with not even smell of cheese. Moreover the puff served was already broken into half and when reported they didn't even bother to replace it with a new one. Pathetic customer service.

I have been customer from last 4 years, I am very much satisfying. Staff behaviour is good. Occasion orders delivers on time .

Today I bought fruit bread from your shop at Smart Bazar , Jayanagar . I did not saw the expired date as I trusted and thought to be genuine but to my surprise, it was expired on 15 Jan 2026. And bill was not provided as well.

They perfectly made the cake according to our instructions. Loved it birthday boy too

Bakery items are good but the staffs are not responsive and doesn't pay heed to customer. Maybe bo well managed by owner so they are just not doing their job . They dont pay heed even to order just on their mobiles both boys.
