I recently visited Chirag Enfield, Jalukbari, Guwahati for servicing my Royal Enfield bike. I had booked the 9:00 AM slot in advance and arrived on time, expecting the process to be smooth. However, I noticed that bikes which arrived later were being taken in before mine. There didn’t seem to be a clear system for handling advance bookings. I had to approach the service consultant twice before my bike was finally taken inward. Advance booking should have value, and customers who come on time should be attended to accordingly. Proper queue management and better coordination among staff would greatly improve the customer experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the service process. Else we will have to shift to another service centre.

Very bad experience. I booked a free Royal Enfield service for 10:30 AM, and now it's 1 PM and they still haven't even taken my bike inside and they have lunch from 1 to 2 PM. They have only two service bays for free-service bikes, while there are at least seven bays for paid service. This is extremely disappointing. It feels like Royal Enfield is happy to sell the bike and take the money, but not willing to provide proper after-sales service

extremely poor and unprofessional service I received during the 1st free service of my motorcycle at Chirag enfield service centre, Behind Ambika Hardware centre, jalukbari. My experience was entirely unacceptable for the following reasons: • Unreasonable Delays: I arrived at the service center at 4:00 PM, but my motorcycle was not even taken in for service until 5:30 PM despite booking a slot • Incorrect Maintenance Procedures: The technicians applied chain lube before the bike was supposed to be washed. This shows a complete lack of basic mechanical standard operating procedures. • Refusal of Standard Service: After the mechanical servicing was completed, the staff flat-out refused to wash my motorcycle, despite washing being a mandatory and standard inclusion of the 1st service protocol. The worst part is that they told that they wont wash after the bike was serviced otherwise i wouldnt have given the bikein the first place. • Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Because the authorized center refused to do their job, I was forced to take my brand-new motorcycle to an outside washing center, pay for a wash with my own money, and personally buy and reapply chain lube to fix the mess the technicians made. I trusted Royal Enfield's authorized service network to take care of my new motorcycle, but I had to spend my own time and money to do their job properly.

Service standards in a Royal Enfield service centre needs to be improved. Came in the morning at 9:45 am. Had my booking slotted at 10:30 but my bike was taken under servicing @ 2:30 pm the staffs took a break of more than 1 hour starting from 1 pm to 2:10 . Is this the. Service we are being offered after paying so much. It's 4:30 pm now and still my bike servicing is not completed yet. Utterly disappointed. I come here regularly and this has been the issue since the last few years and still no improvement, utterly frustrated with this kind of service . Why to take so much of booking if you cannot deliver on time. Staffs are inadequate in such a big centre . Need of Improvement ASAP

I visited the Royal Enfield service centre in Maligaon Guwahati by Chirag Enfield to fix a very simple but but sophisticated problem. My rear brake light was not working and hence I took it into the service centre for the first time. After initial scrutiny, it was found that the rear breaks switch was not installed. The complication began when I got to know that on a prior 3rd party service, a BS3 rear brake hose was installed on my BS4 Classic 350. The problem was personally looked upon by Mr Viraj and he dietied his hand and installed the break switch. Even after that, the light was not working and after a lot of hard work it was found that one of the clips in this electrival harness was bent and it was fixed. I am extremely happy with the service and I would to thank Mr Viraj and Mr Shankar for looking into the problem so professionally. From now on, I would be servicing my bike at this servive Centre and I also recommend everyone who owns a Royal Enfield motorcycle in Guwahati to get their servive done here. ----- March 2025 Update I just got my 15000km service done at Chirag Enfield. And it was an very good experience. Although the estimate was high but they explained the charges very well and took me through every part change and service to let me know of the legitimacy. The best thing was that I was proposed to take a service package which took down my expenses to a good degree. Thanking my service advisor Himangshu, Floor Manager Subhajit, Technician Ainul and not to forget, Service Centre Manager Viraj who is one of the best managers I've met who literally starts working on the bike himself. I highly recommend to get your bike serviced at Chirag Enfield.

Very bad experience. First they call to inform about the service due and book the dates. On reaching the service centre on time the person who make manual entries refuses to entertain prior booking. Now it's more than 4 hours I and others with prior bookings are waiting as it is lunch hour. Whereas other rides are coming and getting their bikes serviced. Reason best known to them. Waiting helplessly.! This is my sixth service at this service centre since it is very near to my residence, but have faced the same issues every time. Out of the 5 earlier services on 3 occasions they didn't even wash the bike citing some silly reasons. Biraj Das, works manager, is polite and supportive but not others. Next time onwards will go to another service center but not this one again.

Very poor engagement. Because here its time showing open from 9 AM but service center not open after 9.30 am . My suggestion is that everyone have a valuable time so be on time. If you cant maintain it then please shut down...
