Disappointing Experience with this Tata Service Center I'm extremely disappointed with the service center I visited after my Tata vehicle's engine overheated on the way from Tezpur to Siliguri. Despite reaching the showroom after a harrowing experience, the staff's negative approach and lack of urgency were unhelpful. When I asked about expedited repairs, I was told it would take 20 days, and they suggested visiting another dealer nearby after I had already wasted 2.5 hours at their center. The customer service was subpar, and I felt let down by the Tata brand. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and that the company takes steps to improve their service.
