A Complete Disaster – Poddar Toyota Guwahati Should Be Avoided at All Costs My experience with Poddar Toyota, Guwahati was nothing short of infuriating. From start to finish, the level of dishonesty and disrespect I faced was unbelievable. They promised fuel at delivery and then blatantly lied about it. I received the car with almost an empty tank, and when I questioned them, the staff acted as if I was the problem. Absolutely shameless behaviour. Customer respect does NOT exist here. The staff speak rudely, ignore concerns, and show zero professionalism. It genuinely feels like once they take your money, they couldn’t care less about you. For a Toyota dealership to operate with such arrogance, carelessness, and outright lies is pathetic. To anyone planning to buy from this showroom: please DON’T. There are plenty of dealerships that value customers and deliver what they promise — this one clearly does not. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind by avoiding Poddar Toyota Guwahati completely.

Worst experience ever, buying a car. Do not go there to buy any car, the owner is not responsible for anything. Management is so bad, not at all helpful, they only respond until the day of delivering the car. No one is there to take the responsibility, they provided us with a fake fastag telling me that it has been registered but today when i am in the highway the first tag is showing invalid! There was no decoration of the car,but whereas just few months back i bought a car from NEXA they addressed us so well, helped us with all our confusions. And this person RAHUL (salesman) he is so unethical, unprofessional, doesn’t know how to behave with a client since the day of delivery he has stopped responding my calls, they provided me with the RC also. There’s no higher Manager to take care of anything at all! Will take actions bcz don’t want anyone else to face this same issue

The staffs are scammers . They took my booking amount and it’s been four months now and still no news . One of their stuff gets involve with outside brokers and tries to scams people . When I complaint to the higher management , they protect their employees rather than taking necessary actions . People should avoid this dealer . FR

Worst experience ever at Poddar Toyota, Guwahati. This showroom is an absolute disappointment. They flat-out lied about giving fuel with the car — handed it over with almost nothing in the tank and then acted like it was no big deal. The staff’s behaviour was terrible, rude, and completely disrespectful toward customers. For a Toyota dealership to operate with such arrogance and dishonesty is shocking. I strongly warn anyone considering this place — DO NOT go to this showroom. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Overall buying experience was fine, but I was disappointed to learn about certain practices involving their sales team that didn’t feel right. I expected more transparency from the dealership.
