I gave my TVS Jupiter for its second service at Luit TVS, Bhetapara. The servicing work was okay, but they did not wash my scooty, saying there was no water available and that it would take 1–2 hours more. The same issue also happened during my first service at Luit TVS, Dhirenpara, where they said the water gun was not working, and I had to come back after two days just for washing. It’s disappointing to see that in such a big company like TVS, the service center is managed by only 4–5 staff members. No wonder the service quality is suffering. This is my first experience with TVS, and honestly, it has been very disappointing. The same mistake being repeated again and again shows poor management and lack of customer care.

Rude and arrogant once payment is done. Not listening when customers point out that the price changed. Pressuring customers to either pay extra or cancel booking (and then delaying refunds) Showroom Gm saying that you will not get the refund yet, you have to wait for 3-4 days.I would prefer Don't buy from there, it has been a very bad experience for me.

It's almost 1 mnth completed I haven't got my smoke black visor for tvs ronin 225 ......i purchased it on 6/06/2025 .... Showroom manager told me in written that I will get the visor within 1 week and not only this the day when I purchased the bike,I saw a dent on tank I told to showroom manager he gave me in written that the tank will be replaced free of cost but still not got any updates 😔....very bad response from tvs if I knew that luit tvs will do this kind of treatment with customer I never buy from them...I just love tvs ronin that why I purchased it👎🏻

After sales service is not satisfactory, even after delivery of number plate from transport deptt they do not inform it to customer. Mechanic does not reach the workshop on time, I booked for servicing at 8 AM on 14 th May, 2024, till 9 AM the mechanic has not arrived till 9 AM, it is totally unprofessionalism. There is no one to look after the staff etc . They informed me in the morning time there is only 1 mechanic in the workshop. I like to request the owner of this showroom, Kindly look into these matter
