Today Dzire vxi delivery taken fromMaruti suzuki mital autozone bharalumukh, excellent service provided by the team.. but the accessories guy named rahul had not behave well as he tried to compel me to buy accessories, which not professional and the showroom manager should be aware so such individual . Overall the experience was the sales team was amazing and best i recommend Himanshu kalita he is so sweet and nice person. Thank you

I have purchased maruti fronx from Mittal autozone Arena outlet at guwahati on 8th Dec. 2025. Because due to some construction activity/ new showroom was going on in Maruti Nexa. So I have to purchase from Arena as they told they were out of staff. 1. They were charging overprice for the car accessories as compared to the official prices and when we caught that they refused to provide other essentials accessories...... Previous price was 22K but when we caught them and showed official prices same accessories and some additional were paid in 15 K approx. 2. They were asking extra Four thousand rupees to get temporary registration no. On the name of DTO charges or without any receipt. only Six thousand was the official fee and they were asking 10K. When I refused they were saying you are one of worst customers. It felt like I caught their theft or fooling the costumer skill. 3. After purchasing they were not supporting for after purchase services like to provide form no. 21 etc. and to get RC on time. They didn't uploaded the official document like HSRP for 2 months. I was going to DTO office 3 to 4 times and they were lying that they have uploaded without even looking their system. In overall I am not happy with the services and overall behavior of the Mittal Autozone Guwahati Maruti Arena outlet. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from this outlet atleast. If anyone still wants to purchase from them you must see the official website for all prices because they are ready to loot your hard earned money 💰 with their all efforts. I am writing this review after getting my RC from DTO office. I got this after more than 3 months of date of purchase its really very disgusting and frustrating 😤 😒 😑.

Had great time buying a car from this dealer, was here for a long time but the atmosphere and people working herein didn't urged to feel me the same along with 2 friends of mine.. Awesome getting a vehicle from this showroom.. I wish them a very good wishes..
