Yamaha Show Room

My name is Bhaskar, i stay in zoo road tiniali itself. I went to our Yamaha showroom zoo road today just to buy the new xsr bike which is newly launched. I went there with full cash because I didn't wanted to buy it on emi. I was prepared with the cash because I was planing it from a very long time. It was my first time visiting that stupid showroom. As Im a local resident of zoo road I went there with sleepers and my clothes were not so fancy as I'm working for a cash logistic company. They were so rude to me and my girlfriend that we couldn't afford that bike especially the ladies working on it, was giving us creepy looks. For the kind information we can buy that bike and as well as there whole employees but we didn't disrespect people by there looks or whatever don't visit that showroom there employees are very rude and bad only good to rich people not with normal people and I will revealing the names of the employees in my next review

One of sales person Nilakshi lahan is rodely behave me in during call. I have asked query my bike related issue but his disconnected my call . I have couldn't expect from yamaha dealer. Don't buy a any vehicle without enquiry

Within a day got my delivery and paper work ready! Stuff members are friendly and helpful especially dipankar.

Congested since in the heart of city. Their service center located few kms away. Nice stock. Highly likely you will get the variant you want.

In Guwahati, it is mandatory to wear a helmet while riding away the bike or scooty from your showroom. I know that the company does not provide helmet with the vehicle but, I think it will be helpful to distinguish yourselves from other yamaha showrooms, if you provide at least a full helmet 🪖 with bikes and not just any half helmet for a namesakes. Almost all the bike and scooty are bought through loans which obviously is giving subsidies to you.... Cost cutting too much is not good for your showroom.... I hope the next kid who bought his 1st bike is provided with a full helmet. Please reply
