I am totally disappointed with their after sales service. I have purchased a Hero Optima from Joy Motors in 2022. I have since visited their workshop many times for regular servicing. Their service used to be good. But I am completely disappointed with the last two services. They don't use most of the spare parts real. They use cheap compatible products locally available in the market instead of genuine hero products and they charge two/three times higher rates for those duplicate products. Besides, most of the duplicate products are not permanent. The last two times I have replaced the head lights, but both times the head lights did not come on for a day. I condemn Joy Motors for cheating people like this.

Today on dated 09/11/2024 i visited to take my serviced scooty from there's work shop I paid the the full amount as they bill but I found an dispute in my scooty they changed my scooty cluster meter by other unoperated meter . When I noticed it and spoke to manager he denied and argued with me by slang launguage and refuse to agree it that they have done wrong to me very much disappointed by ther service in shorts they are running fraud business in the name of hero by branding there singboard

I purchased a electric scooter of hero, one of my battery was not working nor charging, I applied for claiming the warranty in hero electric JAI MOTORS maligaon but it's been more then seven month they are not giving my battery. Never ever come to this service centre.my worst experience

Best place to buy an EV vehicle. The Hero electric scooters are of really good quality and the performance is totally excellent. The staff members of Jai Motors are also very polite and quite impressive customer satisfaction.

Complete fraud company, been calling over there but no one is receiving it. After 2-3 try the phone number is switched off. Very poor service it provides. Parts are not available when needed. Post sale service is soo worst you'll regret buying an electric scooter.
